Resources for Pastors in Cross-Racial, Cross-Cultural Appointments
Cross-racial and cross-cultural (CR/CC) appointments are appointments of clergypersons to congregations in which the majority of their constituencies are different from the clergyperson’s own racial/ethnic and cultural background.
GCORR offers resources to aid the church in its engagement with the multicultural realities of the world and the growing number of CR/CC pastoral appointments in the United States. The following resources are written by CR/CC pastors that offer tips and insight for newly appointed CR/CC pastors.
