일본에는 목회자가 없는 ‘무목 교회’가 1천개가 넘으며 일본 성도들은 한인 목회자를 선호합니다. 한인 목회자는 기도하고 심방을 하기 때문입니다.
일본 선교 40년에 12개의 교회를 개척하여 자립시킨 박영기 선교사님께서 일본 무목 교회 상황과 비자 취득, 언어훈련, 그리고 일본 목회에 필요한 훈련에 대해 설명해 주십니다. 특별히 은퇴하셨거나 은퇴를 앞둔 목회자를 환영합니다.

There are over 1,000 “pastorless churches” in Japan, and Japanese believers prefer Korean pastors. This is because Korean pastors pray and conduct pastoral visits.
Missionary Young-gi Park, who has planted and helped 12 churches become self-reliant during his 40 years of mission work in Japan, will explain the situation of pastorless churches in Japan, visa acquisition, language training, and the training necessary for ministry in Japan. We especially welcome pastors who are retired or nearing retirement.
