1. Core Vision: 바운데리 브레이킹 (Boundary Breaking)
Glocal Impact Ministry는 미국의 심장부인 워싱턴 DC와 인천 국제도시 송도를 잇는 믿음의 다리입니다. 지리, 문화, 종교, 세대, 디지털, 경제, 예술/미디어의 모든 경계선을 넘어 함께 걷고(Walk Together), 함께 일하는(Work Together) 경계선 돌파 사역(Boundary Breaking Ministry)과 다리사역(Bridging Ministry)을 지향합니다.
2. Core Action: LINK 비전
우리는 지역교회와 성도, 선교단체, 그리고 다음세대를 촘촘히 연결하는 행동하는 네트워크로서, 다음의 4가지 핵심 행동 선언(LINK)을 실천합니다.
Link the Nations (열방 연결): 열방과 교회, 그리고 선교운동을 하나로 연결
Invest in People (사람 투자): 의존을 넘어 자립으로, 보호를 넘어 선교의 주체로 현지 지도자, 신중년(senior), 다음세대(Next Generation)를 세우는 선교의 미래에 투자
Next Frontiers (미래 개척): 통일, 난민, AI, 디지털, 도시 등 경계선을 넘는 새선교의 최전선
Keep the Covenant (언약 체결과 돌봄): 파송의 언약을 끝까지 지키며, 사역자들의 삶을 영적·체계적(건강, 상담, 위기관리 등)으로 돌보는 언약적 구조 형성
1. Core Vision: Boundary Breaking Ministry
Glocal Impact Ministry embodies the vision of “GLOCAL”—a blend of Global and Local—to embrace, pray for, and serve both the nations and local communities simultaneously.
Specifically, it serves as a bridge of faith connecting Washington D.C., the heart of the United States, and Songdo, an international city in Incheon, South Korea. We are a Boundary Breaking Ministry that crosses all dividing lines—whether geographical, cultural, religious, generational, digital, economic, or artistic/media—to Walk Together and Work Together.
2. Core Action: The LINK Vision
We function as an active, mobilizing network rather than a passive classroom, connecting local churches, individuals, mission agencies, and the next generation through four core declarations of action (LINK):
• Link the Nations: Connect the global body of Christ, local churches, and mission movements.
• Invest in People: Raise and empower indigenous leaders, the next generation, MKs/PKs, and young professionals. (Moving from dependency to self-reliance; from subjects of protection to active leaders of mission).
• Next Frontiers: Move forward into the new frontiers of missions, including unreached people groups, refugees, AI, digital spaces, and urban centers.
• Keep the Covenant: Faithfully honor our covenant with those sent out by establishing a systematic, lifelong covenant care structure (covering spiritual care, mental health counseling, crisis management, health screenings, and retirement planning).
