2026 East Coast Coffee Break Small Group Leader Workshop

This August, a season of spiritual renewal and rich fellowship is coming to the East Coast! In anticipation of the 3-day ‘Coffee Break East Coast Conference’ starting August 20th, we are hosting the [Coffee Break Small Group Leader Workshop] for those who wish to dive deeper into small group ministry.

For those who cannot attend the main conference due to scheduling conflicts, this workshop will still offer an excellent opportunity to experience the core dynamics of impactful small group ministry. Coffee Break is a global, interdenominational, ‘Word-centered small group ministry for evangelism’ that began over 50 years ago and is now widely utilized by numerous denominations and churches worldwide. To date, more than 25,000 leaders have attended our workshops, and countless individuals have experienced life transformation through the Word, serving as vital channels for sharing the Gospel.

We cordially invite everyone who desires to master practical methods for evangelism, discipleship, and small group leadership in the name of our Lord. This workshop features three distinct tracks tailored to the needs and experience levels of the participants:

1. Small Group Leader Workshop 1 (Korean Track)Ideal for:

• Anyone new to Coffee Break ministry who wants to learn the core model.
• Current small group leaders (cell, community, or home group leaders) looking to sharpen their skills.
• Believers interested in deeper Word-centered sharing through structured questions.

2. EM Small Group Leadership Workshop 1 (English Track)

This track covers the same essential principles as Workshop 1, fully conducted in English. Target Audience:

• Believers, ministry leaders, and Pastors interested in English-speaking small group ministry.
• Anyone desiring to lead and grow a healthy, word-centered community.

3. Small Group Leader Workshop 2 (Advanced Course – Korean Track)

This is an Intensive training course designed for those who have already attended Workshop 1 and are currently serving as active small group leaders. Ideal for:
• Those who have completed Workshop 1 at least twice.
• Those who have completed Workshop 1 and are currently serving as small group leaders.
